What Is Recycling?
Novawear has an environmental Cradle to Grave Policy with food manufactruing sector whereby new gumboots are supplied to employees and old gumboots have to be returned upon new gumboots being issued. The old gumboots are collected by Novawear and a rebate is passed onto the customer.
The gumboots are washed, granulated, bagged and they are used again in a blend for use in basic general purpose black gumboots.
This policy protects the environment by reducing the possibility of gumboots lying in dumps or being burned in the environment.
It is Neptun Boot’s environmental intent to extend this policy to all of our customers.
